It is ok to Whinge Now!

Why 'whinging' is viewed as bad, in general?

Do you know that this world is so full of "Personal Development"
until you can't even 'complain' to your friends when you feel like it or even worse when you really need to!

I am for sure not encouraging others to whinge just for the sake of whinging, but there are times that you do need to let things off your chest; you need to talk to somebody who cares enough to listen... etc...
