Life and The Journey
Each of us has only one life - yes, we all just live once, and to me, there is only one journey. It is upto us to make the journey which ever way we want. We can live a fulfilling and inspiring life or we can live a life that we ourselves are not happy about...but we are too fearful to change it.
Ironically, there are times that people who love us would actually encourage us to stay the 'same' for whatever reasons. One of the very common ones is that they are scared of 'losing us' as we become somebody whom they are no longer familiar with.
It does not matter whether one is Athiest or not, each of us is given 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 52 weeks a year. We are all created equal. That does not mean that our final destiny will be the same too.
It is really upto us to make our lives work for us.
I am always puzzled about a saying -" in order to be spiritually rich, one has to be materially poor". hmmm...
